Benefits of Coaching:
Coaching is a purposeful relationship between a coach and a client, to help the client clearly articulate their goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
The coach acts as a trusted advisor and accountability partner to help them identify and implement changes to reach their desired future state.
The process is thought-provoking, encourages introspection to gain greater self- awareness, and inspires alternative ways of thinking and behaving to achieve desired results. It involves identifying what behaviours or ways of thinking might be useful to adopt, and which may be getting in the way of reaching your goals.

How does it work?
Coaching sessions are held on a 1:1 basis with the coach and the client. All information shared by the client with the coach is confidential, as the relationship between the client and the coach must be built on trust.
Coaching is a partnership. The coach brings the process, the outsider’s perspective, the coaching skills and frameworks. The client takes responsibility and accountability for reflection, planning, and taking actions that will make their goals a reality. This takes commitment, a willingness to do the work required, and sometimes stepping outside your comfort zone.
